Ms. Castillo graduated at National Teacher’s College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education Major in Special Education. She has numerous years of experience in the BPO industry and has a broad expertise in training and customer service management – When not at work, Ms. Castillo enjoys cooking, fashion, and going on adventures. She dreams of travelling the world someday and envisions to put up a school for the underprivileged kids.
